I'm 5'1 and 217lbs, I wish these shorts came in a 4XL for a more comfortable fit but 3XL was their biggest size. The shorts roll up A LOT! They do hold everything in and not like you're suffocating. Extremely stretchy!! The seams won't break! I tried to see if I could make them fit better but those seams did not budge!! Great material! For its size I'd have to say accurate
